You can choose between maps of the total and multi-year ice concentration, as well as cloud signature, with different colormaps:
  1. Ice ASI/ASIc: Total ice concentration with 12 km resolution
    Poor performance for melt season and bad weather. Good quality during winter.
  2. 85 GHz Multiyear: Multiyear ice concentration with 12 km resolution
    Lomax et al. PCT-algorithm
    Defective during melt season!! Reasonable during winter.
  3. Ice NT/NTc: NASA-Team algorithm total ice concentration
    50 km resolution
    Poor quality during melt season. Good quality during winter.
  4. Multiyear: NASA-Team multiyear ice concentration
    Defective during melt season. Reasonable during winter.
  5. Clouds: Cloud signature map
    R-Factor
    To be validated!
  6. Evaluation: Statistical regression of ASI and NASA-TEAM results.

Region

Use the default entry (Ice ASI) for the regional maps. Please ask me if you are interested in other regions.
